Ok so…I have wanted a podcast since approximately forever.
I was an only child for eight years, which my therapist and my mother would both agree explains a lot about me. I am, at my core, someone who needs an audience.
I once ordered podcast equipment off Amazon and shipped it to my two best friends’ house in LA with zero warning — hi Liza, hi Sarah — because I was fully committed to starting a Love Island recap pod.
Did that happen? Reader, it did not. Probably for the best.
Fast forward to now, and somehow I’ve found my people in CX. The ones who get it. The ones who know what it’s like to carry the weight of a million angry customers while also trying to convince your C-suite that CX is actually a revenue driver and not just a cost center. Those people.
So… CX After Hours ~ the podcast ~ is officially a thing.
I’m co-hosting with my favorite Parisian, Guillaume Luccisano, and together we’re bringing you the happy hour vent session you’ve been needing.
